Intro to SUP

 

INTRO TO SUP

Our introductory class focuses on getting started in the sport of Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP).  We begin by teaching the most important aspects of paddleboarding: fun and safety. You will learn the fundamentals and proper safety precautions so that you will fully enjoy this and all future SUP experiences.   We will also help you develop your paddle stroke and learn different techniques for turning in order to feel more confident on the board. There is no experience required for taking the class, except that you bring a smile and an ability to swim. This class or a private lesson is required for any PaddleFit or Paddle Yoga classes.

Class is 60 Minutes and includes:

• Equipment (Board Rental, Paddle and Leash)
• P.F.D. (Personal Flotation Device)
• Water Safety Instruction
• On-Land Instruction
• Water Instruction
