Whether you are new to yoga or new to Stand Up Paddling, Paddle Yoga is for all ages and all levels. In this class, your mat is the stand up paddleboard and the world is your studio.
A typical class begins with a review of SUP technique on the beach, a 15 minute paddle to a quiet area of the lake, 60 minutes of Hatha yoga including breath work, traditional asanas (or poses), and meditation, and a 15 minute paddle back to the beach.
• Previous paddle board instruction from Knee Deep is required. For first timers, please let us know so we can arrive 30 minutes early for brief lesson
• Please arrive 10 minutes early if bringing own gear for setup.
