Get out of your comfort zone from the gym! If you are looking for a fun workout, try one of our PaddleFit Classes!  As Michigan’s only PaddleFit Affiliate, we are pleased to offer PaddleFit: a fun workout focusing on creative ways to utilize the water, stand up paddleboard, and the beach.

Class Info:

• Previous paddle board instruction from Knee Deep is required. For first timers, please let us know so we can arrive 30 minutes early for brief lesson.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early if bringing own gear for setup.
• Minimum of 4 particpants or class will be cancelled.  Call your friends and have them join the fun!

 Class is 60 Minutes and includes:

• Equipment (Board Rental, Paddle and Leash)
• P.F.D. (Personal Flotation Device)

Paddle Yoga

IMG_0532Whether you are new to yoga or new to Stand Up Paddling, Paddle Yoga is for all ages and all levels. In this class, your mat is the stand up paddleboard and the world is your studio.

A typical class begins with a review of SUP technique on the beach, a 15 minute paddle to a quiet area of the lake, 60 minutes of Hatha yoga including breath work, traditional asanas (or poses), and meditation, and a 15 minute paddle back to the beach.

Class is 90 Minutes and includes:
